Kaspar Custom Fab has many years of experience
and service in the fabrication of custom metal products. We have facilities
to work with large sheet and plate steel, with our high definition plasma
table handling sizes up to 96" X 296", 3" thick steel. Our 300 ton press
brake can bend up to 12' long 1" mild steel, and we have a CNC heavy duty
plate roller with cone bending capabilities. We work with all types of metal
including stainless steel and aluminum necessary for performance and long
life in the harsh, outdoor
environments. Our process capabilities include shearing, hi-def plasma cutting, press brake forming, CNC stamping, sheet metal
rolling, robotic welding, electroplating, powder and wet coat painting and
high quality silk-screening.
