Rapid Punching and Shearing for

Kaspar Custom Fab has the Salvagnini S4 which
combines quality punching, shearing and material handling in one machine.
The S4 has a patented, multi-press punching head, which simultaneously punch
and cut parts with speed, precision, and accuracy. The S4 is totally
automatic in handling sheets before they are processed and managing the
machined parts and scrap from the machine. |

The Salvagnini S4 has a 50 multi-press punch
head with the ability to use 7 thru 22 tons. Sheet capacity is 60" x
120". The S4 can punch cold roll steel, hot rolled steel, galvanneal
and aluminum to the thickness of 12 ga. (.104). |

Strippit FC1000 is a 22 ton turret punch
press. The turret has 33 stations. Sheet capacity is 44" x 38" with
the option of repositioning.
Strippit 1500H30 is a 30 ton turret punch press.
The turret has 40 stations. Sheet capacity is 58" x 61" with the
option of repositioning.

Our Strippit machines can punch, emboss, and
extrude cold roll steel,
hot rolled steel, stainless steel, diamond plate, galvanneal, and aluminum to the thickness of 1/4" (.250). |
