Kaspar Custom Fab has a silk screening
department which
has sign and graphics capability, photo screen development and artwork
capabilities, and multicolor impressions. We have the ability of printing
vibrant graphics that can be custom cut up to 45" wide. High-fidelity
outdoor decals that are water and UV resistant up to three years.
All of our silk screens are baked in a 400° oven. Kaspar Custom Fab takes the extra step to apply
a coat of clear sealer to make your graphics superior and even longer
lasting. To ensure customer satisfaction, a final sample is emailed for
customer approval. |

Art Specifications |
| |
Artwork for silk screening
should be in the form of vector/outlined art which has been originally
created and saved in Adobe Illustrator Version CS2 or older, Quark or
CorelDraw 11 or older. We accept original EPS, PDF, AI or Quark files
with all fonts converted to outlines or curves. If you are sending EPS
files, please make sure they are Illustrator CS2 or older and the text is
converted to outlines.
Simply saving Bitmapped/Raster images (JPG,TIF,DOC or PUB) as PDF, EPS, or
AI will not provide vector art.
Please include any PMS numbers for colors as we silk screen in only PMS
colors and not CMYK. |

| Artwork for decals with 4-color
process would be the same as above for the text. Although, large
photographic images should be 300dpi at 100% to guarantee acceptable visual
quality at viewing distance. Photoshop or Illustrator EPS or AI
version8 files work best. Please submit files by email up to 5.00MB in
size; any files larger than 5.00MB should be submitted on CD by mail.
